Mr. Ngian Teck Giok is the founder and Director of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. As the Company’s founder, Mr Ngian has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Company. He is responsible for the overall business development and general management of the Company. He also oversees the overall strategic directions and expansion plans for the growth and development of the Company.

Mr Ngian has more than 20 years of experience in the business of electrical services involving high tension and low tension. N&T was incorporated in 1995 and first involved in term contract works for Holland Town Council in 1996. Since then, N&T has worked for a few other Town Councils, including Jurong, Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio Yishun, Marine Parade, Hong Kah and Jalan Besar for the maintenance of electrical services mainly to car parks and various amenities. However, under Mr Ngian’s stewardship, he transformed the company from a subcontractor to the accredited reputable main contractor it is today and expanded the Company’s area of work into M&E services.

With a set of goals and strategic vision, Mr Ngian’s strong commitment has raised the Company’s standard in the development of necessary skills, experiences and expertise to carry out any size of M&E services works.

Mr. Ngian Jin Shun is the Operations Manager of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. He oversees all operations for its M&E projects and maintenance business, including deployment of resources, manpower and operations management of the Company. He is also responsible for the overall coordination and general management of the Company’s projects.

Mr Ngian has an extensive experience of 9 years in the Company’s M&E business. With his accreditations and years of experience in the industry, he is well equipped to deliver M&E services such as Fire Protection, Air-conditioning Mechanical Ventilation and Electrical Systems in private and government projects.

Mr Ngian holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (First Class Honours) degree and a Master of Science specialising in Power Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Mr Ngian is a Member of Institution of Engineers Singapore, Member of Singapore Institution of Safety Officers, Member of Fire Safety Manager’s Association and was a certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager

Ms Jaslyn Ngian is the Finance Manager of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. With her past 6 years of experience in the Financial and Broking Industry, Ms Ngian is the overall in charge of the Group’s financial matters including compliance with financial reporting standards, financial planning and reporting, internal control and risk management as well as overall fund management.

Ms Ngian holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Master of Commerce specialising in Finance and Accounting from University of Sydney, New South Wales.

Mr. Stephen Tan is the Operations Manager of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. He oversees the operations for its M&E projects and maintenance business, including deployment of resources, manpower and operations management of the Company . He is also responsible for the overall coordination and general management of the Company’s projects.

Mr. Tan has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the Operations, Logistic, End-to-End SCM and general management. He has also in his more than 25 years manage several facilities in different industries i.e. Electronic, Specialty Chemical, Health Care, Marine Shipyard, Oil and Gas as well as a short stint in a Social Enterprise. His experience is also Regional with regards to AP working with SME, MNC and key global account. In his last assignment, he was on an Expat assignment with an international FMCG company in Indonesia. He is certified in Project Management, SCRUM and is familiar with Agile and Six Sigma Blackbelt practices for Operations Excellence. He has worked in several M&E projects which include WWTP, Clean Room operations of R&D centre and also integration of EAM Enterprise Management System into ERP system like SAP.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (with Distinction) from RMIT and an MBA from Macquarie University, Australia, Singapore. Mr Tan is also C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) Lifetime from Institute of Supply Management, USA. And also has a CDipAF from ACCA UK. He is also certified in ISO system, being the MR, Internal Auditor trained and also certified in ISRS (DNV) in Loss Management Control and BizSafe.

Mr. Lim Po Seng is the Operations Manager of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. He oversees the M&E maintenance operations and has extensive experience of 40 years in Manufacturing Plant and Facility Building’s operations, installation, maintenance, asset life cycle renewal and project management.

Prior to this, he had worked as the Head of Department and Manager with various MNCs dealing with clean-room, automated equipment and line, SCADA, robotics, ACMV, new building construction and building A&A works.

He is a member of the Singapore Institution of Safety Officer and a certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer.

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering Management (Hons.) from University of Western Sydney.

Mr. Durairaj Pandiarajan is the Operations Manager of N&T Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd. He oversees all operations and maintenance of M&E projects in the Company. With his 10 years of experience in M&E in the industrial sector, Mr. Rajan is able to deliver his services to client precisely. He is experience with High Tension Electrical Systems, Tunnel Communications System, Plant Monitoring & Control System, and Traffic Control & Management System and also experience in the Electrical Switchgear Testing. He is also responsible for the deliverance of the project KPIs and works closely with clients to ensure operational targets are fully understood and achieved.

Mr. Rajan holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (First Class Honours) Degree from the Anna University, India and was a Certified Level 1 Infrared Thermographer.
